Herzlich willkommen: Meet Sarah, Gründerin von Seed and Sol . Mit Herz und Bodenhaftung – Sarah von Seed and Sol begleitet Naturverbindung mit Leichtigkeit.

Howdy, I'm Sarah.

Muddy boots on my feet,
sunshine in my soul & a head full of wanderlust

As a little girl, I used to frolic between my grandad's vegetable garden, paddocks and chicken coop. Life was pretty simple, close to nature and my hands were always dirty. But we never had our own farm. Today, two hearts beat inside me: one dreams of cowgirl life on the farm, the other wants to travel and discover the world. Combining the two is probably my mission in life.

Seed and Sol unites these worlds for you.

And then there is you. Maybe you know the feeling - everyday life goes by quickly, eating happens on the side, relaxation is quick and at the touch of a button. And then another day goes by without me thinking about where the food on my plate actually came from, nor do I feel nourished.

Seed and Sol was developed out of necessity: Because fewer and fewer people still have a connection to how their daily food is produced. In my courses, I therefore build bridges between consumers and producers, impart basic knowledge about food production, explain agricultural structures and sensitise people to environmental awareness. Because honestly, I can't help it. But I know what to do ;)

Between waves &
work bench

I spend most of my time between chickens, horse stables, colourful vegetable plants and the waves in Portugal (and if I have my way, still far too little on large tractors and combine harvesters ;) ). If I'm not digging in the earth or cleaning out the stable, you'll almost certainly find me somewhere on the beach or in the workshop working on a new wood project. Nothing is safe from me, from hand-held circular saw to wood lathe.
