There are simply places that you leave feeling different.
Places where you enjoy spending time, that nourish you from the inside and make you glow. Real solsides, in other words. I have a number of such places in my life - many of them in my home in the southern Black Forest, a few on the golden beaches of the Portuguese coast. I am grateful for these places where I am able to hold my workshops and projects - and for the people who make them even more valuable.
Café Hygge
For me, Hygge is my little Bullerbü in Hauingen. And I can hardly imagine a better place for my workshops. Going to Hygge feels like a warm, cosy hug on a late summer's day. And a bit like immersing yourself in the world of Lönneberga. The Hygge x Seed and Sol workshops are now an integral part of the Hygge programm. Some days we organise smudging herbs workshops, some days we create worm compost - what can I tell you? It just happens. And when Miri and I plan workshops together, we usually have exactly the same (far too big) ideas. It's so special that so many of you keep coming back.

Schöpflin Foundation

Soil on your hands, fresh air in your nose and always something to do! In the Schöpflin Foundation's farm garden, we garden with nimble children's hands once a week as part of a learning programm at the Schöpflin School and during the holidays in the Werkraum workshops.
The Werkraum is a creative space for shaping the future, crafts, education and community. We examine our farm garden for biodiversity, plant and harvest lots of vegetables and uncover the secret of why soil organisms in the garden are so important, even though we can't see them. What we don't eat straight away from our harvest is eaten in the school canteen together with the other children. The Schöpflin School is a lively learning environment and a school that rethinks learning - close to nature, project-based & self-effective.
Haus Möhrenblick
The Möhrenblick is a place of realisation: over the last two years, a team of great craftspeople has turned run-down walls into a feel-good place. You can also hold your workshops and retreats here.
Oh, and - I've already made myself at home here: a crazy idea to create a small herb trail and a small dyer's garden here has stuck with me. A few hours of digging and dragging stones in the pouring rain and a few hundred wild perennials, plants for dyeing and fruit trees later, the garden is slowly growing. We have taken the basics of permaculture into account. It's best if you just drop by and see for yourself what has become of it.
If you would like to hold workshops or retreats here, you can find all the information here.
I would be happy to accompany your retreat with my workshops.

Steinbrunnenhof Münstertal
The Steinbrunnenhof farm is situated in the idyllic hills of Münster valley. Thomas looks after the chickens, cows, sheep and goats on the farm - Anne and Sabine tend to the wool. In between everyday life on the farm, there are workshops on herbs and pure sheep's wool, natural soaps and incense herbs. You will learn where the wool comes from and what it takes to turn it into something new. You can also go on goat walks at the Steinbrunnenhof farm.
